Donations are tax-deductible under IRS Section 170(c) and Section 1101.01(b) of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code. Evolving Space Corporation is on the list published by the Special Joint Commission on Legislative Funds for Community Impact of organizations whose work plan addresses the eradication of child poverty, so contributions qualify for the annual donation Act 60 requires of individual investors, including the portion reserved for that list. Registered Puerto Rico nonprofit, incorporated 2022.
